USP #141 - 217 Uniform Sign Programs #131 - 219 The following is a list of approved Uniform Sign Programs (USP) used by the Planning Department. The USP establishes specific design standards for shopping centers, office parks, and multi-tenant developments in order to incorporate a project theme and create uniform design elements to consistently be carried throughout all tenant signs, such as color, lettering style, logo, etc. Uniform Sign Programs "...promote a quality visual environment by allowing sings which are compatible with their surroundings and which effectively communicate their message" These documents are downloadable as portable document files (PDF) by clicking on the USP # or Location.
