Dances Dances Teen Dance Parties The RC Teen Center offers several dances throughout the school year to grades 6th - 10th. Due to the popularity of our dances we moved the location to the RC Family Sports Center to accomodate the 300+ teens that http://attorney-in-rancho-cucamonga.com/ attend. Our staff works hard to provide a fun and safe environment. We do not alow teens to leave the premises until a parent or guardian is present! School dress code is strictly enforced! Please check below for our upcoming dances and sign up early to avoid waiting in line. Grades 6-10

Musical Theatre Workshop Musical Theatre Workshop (Ages 9 - 17) Barcode: 193033 Join us as we bring Broadway to Rancho Cucamonga Attorney Cucamonga's Youth! The students will be performing a short musical at the end of this 8 week intensive! Focusing on the basics of musical theatre, students will have a chance to audition for their part, learn acting techniques, vocal instruction and basic choreography. There will be solo vocal, dance and acting opportunities. There is a $5 supply fee to the instructors on the first day of class. Tuesdays Class Begins: June 4, 2013 Instructed by Jeremy & Jessica Bernard   Jeremy Bernard has had the privilege of teaching performing arts classes with his wife Jessica for four years now. In addition to teaching, Jeremy is also a working musical theater actor having performed regionally in THE PRODUCERS (Lead Tenor/ Musical Theater West), LES MISERABLES (Enjolras/ Moonlight Stage Prod.), GUYS AND DOLLS (Sky Masterson/ Candlelight Pavilion), MY FAIR LADY (Freddy Eynsford Hill/ Candlelight Pavilion), PIRATES OF PENZANCE (Frederic/ California Theater), THE MUSIC MAN (Quartet Tenor/ The Pechanga Resort ),THE SHOWGIRL OF 52nd STREET (Colony Theater). Jeremy holds a B.A. in Theater from Azusa Pacific University. Jessica Bernard has been teaching for the RC Arts Academy for 5 years.  She co-teaches, with husband Jeremy Bernard.  In addition to her passion for teaching, Jessica has an extensive performance resume, her  credits include: CATS (Cabrillo Music Theater), Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown-Performance Riverside & Candlelight Pavilion), My Fair Lady (Eliza–Candlelight Pavilion), The Music Man (Marian Paroo–California Theater.), Pirates of Penzance (Edith-California/Pechanga Theaters), Oklahoma (Laurey-Marmac Repertory), Showgirl of 52nd Street (The Colony), The Secret Garden (Lewis Family Playhouse), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Marguerite) and Hello Dolly (Irene Malloy). Jessica also recently returned from singing in Hong Kong Disneyland.  Jessica received her BA in Theater Arts from Azusa Pacific University.

Learn improvisational acting in a safe, supportive environment while learning the rules of comedy, exploring character development, scene and space work with skilled and hilarious instructors, John Kane & April Scott. This is a 9 week class.  $103/Resident Discount Fee: $91  Ages: Adults (Teens- 16 or 17, may enroll with advanced permission)             Wednesdays 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm                               Instructed by April Scott and John Kane     April Scott is a veteran Improver. She is co-founder of "April's Fools" and "High Desert Rats" Improv Troupes.  She directs, performs and teaches Improv workshops and classes in the South Bay Area and High Desert. She has performed the Los Angeles circuit including the Comedy Store in Hollywood and has studied with the Groundlings and Philippe Durand. John Kane is an Acting, Stand Up and Motivational Speaking Coach for the High Desert Center for the Arts. They are co founders of the performance troupe, "Darwin's "A" Team" and have created The Fourth Wall Performance Art School at the High Desert Center for the Arts.
